


Think. Take time. Meditate. Are you okay? Is your work, your business okay? Your staff? Your audience and allies?

Your contemplation time can take different forms but the goal is to allow the information, the inspiration, to distill. Let your subconscious do the work for a bit. Go for a long walk, have a nap, go to the gym. Clean and tidy your studio/lab/office. The trick is to occupy your body whilst still allowing your mind to wander.
Disconnect. This constant need to be connected, to be available, to respond immediately, to be in so many online conversations at the same time, is killing us. Switch off your phone. Unplug your modem. Go for a long drive.
